How often do you look at your life and examine how well things are really working?  

Sometimes it feels more safe and comfortable for us to avoid or ignore that kind of assessment.  

 

These days we are so accustomed to our on-the-run lifestyles, plowing through the days, weeks and months, that we give little thought to questions like “Who am I really?“ or “What gives meaning to my life?” 

 

While we are busy avoiding those questions, 10 years fly by in the blink of an eye.  One day,  something bubbles up inside of us that motivates us to ask a different question like:  "WTF?" or “  What the hell am I doing?”  Many times this “motivation” comes in the form of a life-changing crossroad or crisis.

 

I myself fell directly into that category.  I was being led by my negative patterns and beliefs, cruising comfortably on high-speed autopilot, working hard, paying all my proverbial bills and keeping everyone around me happy.  All the while, unbeknownst to me, I was avoiding my pain and surely stifling all my passion and joy!

 

In 2006 I encountered a downturn in my business that sparked a real uncomfortable uncertainty inside me. It was then that I began to ask myself some life assessing questions.  Turning to life coaching for help proved essential to my own awakening and self-discovery.  I was able to locate and heal the areas that were blocking me from my authentic true nature and my soul’s purpose.

 

My coaching style has been described as gentle and compassionate with a warm zeal and purpose.   I am versed in Soul Coaching, Awakening Coaching and spiritual intuition honed from my background in the Asian arts of Reiki and Feng Shui.
